Do I need an appointment for X-rays or injury care?
No. At The Heights Urgent Care, we operate on a 100% walk-in basis. We do not require appointments or online check-ins because accidents happen unexpectedly. simply drive to our Telegraph Road location, and our team will triage and treat you immediately upon arrival.
Is the X-Ray machine available late at night?
Yes. Unlike some clinics that stop imaging services at 5 PM, our Digital X-Ray suite is staffed and operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can diagnose fractures and dislocations whenever they occur.
Can you handle cuts and stitches?
Yes. Our Dearborn Heights facility is equipped to clean, numb, and repair lacerations with stitches (sutures), staples, or medical glue.
However, if the bleeding is uncontrollable or a limb is severed, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
Is this cheaper than the Emergency Room?
Significantly. A visit to The Heights for a fracture or sprain typically costs a fraction of an ER visit. We accept most major insurance plans and self-pay options.
